Last 2 Days--Give Away!--Ends June 6th

It is the last 2 days to post your entry comment. Thank you to those who posted. :)

In conjunction with the changes that I am making on the blog, I am giving away an Activity Log and key pouch for running. I picked both of these nifty items up at my last race, courtesy of Publix Grocery Stores.I've been using one of these since January and it is a huge help to see what you have accomplished. It is also a kick in the pants when I see big blank pages where I have been lazy. To the left of the day, I also put tally marks for glasses of water and a star for my multi-vitamin. The best thing about this activity log is that you can start on the very day you get it. There are no pre-labeled days. If you get it in June you can go June-June, so no excuses to put off tracking what you are really doing. It can be a real eye opener!

All you have to do is post a comment on this entry with your favorite form of exercise and why you enjoy it so much...OR the type of exercise you want to learn to enjoy. Deadline for entries is Saturday June 6th.

Just to show you that I still read both of your blogs.... I like to sleep. That is my favorite form of exercise. Really! It is very hard to close your eyes and keep them closed all night. At 3:30 A.M when Megan is having a party in her room or the boys are trying to smeak down the stairs for "snacks" or extra computer time it is real hard to remain in a relaxed form. And everyone says yoga is hard!

I clicked on 2 links on the side of you blog for you. If you spend the $.14 at a yard sale there's no telling what you could get for that much money!

I may need your help to spend that much! :)

Seriously, you're inspired. Always a step ahead of where I"ve thought of going! I've been thinking along these same lines and hoping to start running more for the joy of being healthy and less for the fear of being fat.

Ahem, that was Flori, not RK Christensen posting. :)

Hee hee, so does that mean Flori and Rob are now entered in the drawing for an activity log?

I love my fitness ball! I get a good strength training workout and have fun at the same time. Not to mention that no matter what exercise you do on the ball you use your abs/core so you get more of a workout without even realizing it. It helps with posture too!
