Eating log--Day 6

I found this neat site, My Fitness Pal (there are hundreds like it out there) where I can type in what I ate and how much and get the calorie and fat count. This one is all free. The only drawback that I foresee is that some of the food nutrition is entered by other account members. I can just hope that everyone is entering correct information. There is also a search engine that includes restaurant nutrition information on this site. Anyway, here is yesterday's food diary.

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs (1/2 cup)--104 calories, 5 g fat
med bunch grapes--62 calories, 0 g fat
1 slice multi grain toast--110 calories, 2 g fat
1% milk--110 calories, 3 g fat
Snack--12 mini wheats--95 calories, 1 g fat
baby carrots(4-5)--13 calories, 0 g fat
Lunch
1/2 can Campbell's chicken corn chowder (Healthy Choice)--150 calories, 3 g fat
1 slice multi grain bread--110 calories, 2 g fat
tomato slices--7 calories, 0 g fat
Snack--brownie--150 calories, 4 g fat
Dinner
Stroganoff with whole wheat noodles--240 calories, 7 g fat
salad--20 calories, 0 g fat
corn--66 calories, 1 g fat
Snack--Dannon Active Vanilla Yogurt--110 calories, 2 g fat
slice multi grain bread with all fruit strawberry jam--150 calories, 2 g fat

Total Calories: 1497
Total fat: 32 (great fat count for the day!)
