Ahhh! I'm a day behind now, but I'll post again tonight to get caught up. Yesterday was a great day. I woke up early and went for a run and it seemed like my whole day was good. I got a lot of things done around the house too. Here is what I ate:
Breakfast
Mini Wheats--190 calories, 1 g fat
1% milk--100 calories, 2.5 g fat
handful of grapes--36 calories, trace
Snack--1/2 Sam's Club pizza (way greasy even after trying sop it up with a napkin, but I looked it up anyway)--215 calories, 10 g fat
Lunch Cup Tomato Soup--120, trace (small lunch because of the big snack)
Snack--1 slice multi-grain bread with all natural peanut butter and sugar free jam--205 calories, 17.5 g fat
Dinner
2 Pizza Wheels--400 calories, 12 g fat
Blueberry Ice (link takes you to Peach Ice, I just used blueberries this time.)--112 calories, 0 g fat
Brownie--130 calories, 4 g fat
Snack Yogurt--110 calories, 2 g fat
Total calories: 1618
Total fat: 49 g
Getting better! Plus I ran 2 miles. Slowly I'll get back to where I need to be.
