What a crazy busy weekend! I feel like I haven't been home in days. Anyway, since I've been running around I did not write down every thing and figure the calories. I want to log as much as I can remember before I forget. :)
Saturday--
2 cinnamon rolls out of a can
1 strawberry muffin (med size)
1% milk
4 small square pieces of Pizza Hut pizza (together they were probably equal to 2 regular slices)
1 cup root beer
at the pool I had:
granola bar
gatorade-- then at home
salad
left over lime chicken (maybe 2-3 ounces)
Then 1 1/2 hours of contra dancing for exercise. I don't know how vigorous that was, it was a lot of spinning and the room was way hot so the sweat was rolling. eeewwww! but fun.
Sunday--
toaster strudel
1% milk
3 slices of homemade wheat bread with butter and honey on 2 of them (over a 4 hour period, not all at once)
1/2 can chicken and sausage gumbo soup with another slice of bread
That brings me up to the current moment. I've been doing really good about not eating after 7pm. I am planning to eat a bowl of ice cream later though. :)
I will post a menu tomorrow.

I can't believe you are having ice-cream later.... you don't even like ice-cream!
:) just the cheap mint chocolate chip kind. Luckily since I'm not addicted to ice cream I am fine with just 1/2 a cup of it.
