Week 5 Training Report

This was possibly the worst week of training yet, and there are no excuses for it.

Black--Planned
Red--What I did
Blue--Ipod song that stuck out during the run.

Monday--Easy Run (40 minutes) Missed
Tuesday--Pilates and Speed workout Missed, Some Pilates, but not the whole workout--just the legs section
Wednesday--Rest Day--hardly :) Ran 4 miles Emergency by Paramore
Thursday--Easy Run (45 minutes) Missed
Friday--Pilates and Bike ride Missed
Saturday--Long Run (5 miles) Ran 5 miles (the first 3 tenths I walked, and the last 3 tenths I walked, but I ran all the inbetween parts.) The Voice Within by Christina Aguilera (This song is slower, but it came on at a time I was trying to decide--go straight and do 4 miles or turn and do the 5? I took the turn. :) And on the last uphill Pain by Three Days Grace It has a great beat, all I had to do was concentrate on my feet touching down with each beat.
Sunday--Rest Day

I hate your long days... It takes me two days to recover...
