The Return of Menu Monday

Today starts my new year for healthy eating, running and blogging. I survived the holidays with only a 3lb weight gain, so I feel pretty good! My husband and I also put our money down for the Country Music 1/2 Marathon on New Year's Eve. Yes, I know...I wanted to do the full marathon in April, but after three months of not running I did not think that would be realistic. So, the new plan? Do the 1/2 in 2 hours 15 minutes in April and keep running so I can do a full in the fall.
