Italian Ice

Italian Ice

* 1 cup sugar
* 3/4 cup water
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons lime juice
* 1/3 cup orange juice
* 4 cups sliced strawberries

1. Bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for five minutes.2. Add the juices and pour over the strawberries. Pulse in a blender until well mixed and smooth.Foamy from the blender.
3. Freeze for 3 hours and then stir one time. Freeze for another 3 hours or overnight before serving.When I took it out at 3 hours it looked done, but when the spoon went in the soft creamy center showed itself. It was easy to stir.
It scooped up wonderfully!
