Bruschetta

Bruschetta

* 8 Roma tomatoes, chopped
* 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
* 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped and then put into a food processor until fine (I didn't have fresh so I used 1 tsp dried basil)
* 3 garlic cloves, chopped
* 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
* 1/2 cup olive oil
dash of salt and pepper
Mix is all together and serve on toasted or grilled French Bread slices.
I sliced the French bread and toasted them in the oven on light broil. When they were lightly browned, I flipped them over to toast the back side.
I made my plate pretty, but forgot to take a picture after putting the tomato topping on...
So, you get the left overs on a paper plate. :)
