Well, I don't have a calorie or fat gram goal as yet. I will by Monday, but this first few days I just want to see what I am actually eating. So here it goes...
2 waffles, butter, syrup--340 calories, 10 grams fat
1% milk--100 calories, 2.5 grams fat
1/2 can chicken corn chowder--200 calories, 10 grams fat
1 chicken nugget (from son's plate)--36 calories, ? fat
mashed potatoes with pan gravy--153 calories, 6 grams fat
1/2 granola bar--50 calories, 1.5 grams fat
mashed potatoes with pan gravy--153 calories, 6 grams fat
sliced lunch meat--70 calories, 5 grams fat
French toast, butter, syrup--300 calories, ? fat
1% milk--100 calories, 2.5 grams fat
Caesar side salad from Wendy's (no croutons, 1/2 the dressing)--140 calories, 10.5 grams fat
Total calories: 1642
Total fat: 54 +??
I also get a :( because I chose not to run or ride my metal bike in the rain. I should have gone in the morning! I did do my ab work.
