Apple Crisp

This month at book club I tasted one of the best Apple crisps that I have ever had. Becky was nice enough to send me the recipe and I want to share it with you. Sorry no picture.

Apple Crisp

Slice seven apples. (I always use Granny Smith apples and I usually don't peel them.) Add 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Place in a 9x13 pan.

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Combine four ingredients above, and then mix in one egg until crumbly. Add 1/3 cup oil. Spread evenly over apples. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. (Sometimes I make extra crumbly to put on top.)
