
The veggies are my standard standby side dish.
* olive oil
* 1 zucchini, chopped up
* 1 yellow squash, chopped up
* any other veggie you feel like (I used mushrooms this time)
* green onion, chopped up
* 1 clove garlic, minced
1. Put about 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan with all the ingredients and cook until tender. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! Easy!
We topped it off with a green salad out of a bag with green goddess dressing. The whole meal took about 15 minutes to prepare. I like that kind of time line!
