I f inally figured out why I have such a hard time keeping up with posting my menu. It is because I never plan just one week. I always plan 2 weeks of meals and then shop for the whole 2 weeks. So, today I will post all my meals for this pay period. I also have the grocery list ready for you too, and later today I will scan (or type if I have to) the master grocery list of pantry items that I often don't include on my grocery list. The meals that I have already posted about will link to that post.
1. Vegetable Frittata with parmesan cheese and biscuits
2. White bean soup with greens
3. Tropical Glazed chicken and salad
4. Mexican lasagna
5. Tofu stir-fry with broccoli, rice and wontons
7. French toast with strawberries and yogurt
8. Fiesta meatloaf, roasted potatoes and corn
9. Chili dogs and french fries (to keep the kids happy)
10. Scalloped potatoes, green beans and brown sugar carrots
