Nachos/ Taco Salad

Today is a super easy meal that you can make with your children. It is also fairly healthy, very versatile and yummy. My kids love nachos that we bake in the oven. My husband doesn't, so we turn our nachos into the base for taco salad. We kept things simple last night and I just realized this morning that I forgot to make some rice to go with it. Oh, well, it still filled us up and everyone ate it.
Spreading the chips on the pan. I spray the pan so it cleans easier.
Dripping a can of refried beans onto the chips (I add a little water to make it a little easier to spread. You can also add taco meat, yummy!)
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 375 until the cheese is melted and a little browned. We also had toppings for Taco Salads. I forgot green peppers and we were out of salsa.
But it was still yummy!
