40 is getting closer and I want to take control of my eating habits now. I want to be more like the amazing women in my life who are fit and energetic enough to keep up with their teenagers.

Last Week's Plan
Monday--Tone & Tighten 8:45 AM, Treadmill, water aerobics at night check
Tuesday--Zumba 9:30 AM Fail
Wednesday--PiYo 10:30 AM, Treadmill Sick kids at home, so nothing
Thursday--Tone & Tighten 8:45 AM I did not do this class, but did hand weights at home
Friday--Water Aerobics 8:45 AM, Treadmill check, and then i walked around the mall for 3 hours.
This Week's Plan--no gym classes until Jan
Monday--Short walk today
Tuesday--treadmill
Wednesday--stationary bike
Thursday--treadmill
Friday--laps at the pool
