Week 4 Training Report

I started out so good this week! Then the community newsletter and church took over my life and it fell apart. Next weekend is MINE though!

Black--Planned
Red--What I did
Blue--Ipod song that stuck out during the run.

Monday--Easy Run (40 minutes) 35 minutes Check
Tuesday--Pilates and Speed workout Check and Check
Wednesday--Rest Day  CheckS
Thursday--Easy Run (45 minutes) 25 minutes Check
Friday--Pilates and Bike ride Missed both since I was not at home all day
Saturday--Long Run (4 miles) Missed since I was not home all day. Laura, once I got home I left again with the family. I should have squeezed the run in after you called.
Sunday--Rest Day

Here are the two songs of the week that I really enjoyed in the moment they played. Dare You To Move by Switchfoot (while I was doing my speed work, it was perfect timing.) and Damaged by Danity Kane. (by the time I was finished with the speed workout, my legs were jelly. As I walked down the hill to my house, this song came on.)


The next one is a bit annoying, but in the video, the girls were barely dressed...so, this is what we are stuck with. I love the beat for running.
