Pork Loin--cheating? Who cares!

Is this cheating? I don't think so. We can't season and cook everything from scratch every meal! This was really good, and even I need something easy. All I had to do was follow the directions (dump in a pan and cook for about 30 minutes for this size) and serve.

While it was cooking I made brown rice, honey carrots and warmed up a can of green beans.
