I'm really enjoying my cooking class. I still didn't take tons of pictures, but I will try and catch some fun moments for future blogs. Here are three sets of waffles made by my all boys class.
This boy started copying a recipe he found when we were browsing through my cookbooks. Isn't that just the coolest thing! He is already planning to attend Johnston and Wales when he grows up. (I hope I get there before he does) You can see his class folder and where he started writing it on the inside. This taught me that I need to provide more paper.
I love this picture. Can you see how proud he is of the food he made? I love that little knowing smile. That is what really makes this a great experience for me. I love seeing their eyes light up when they know they can do something for themselves and have it turn out great.

Taylor is so looking forward to next week. We made the waffles this morning and Taylor had fun helping.
