My very own cooking show!

At least that is what it felt like. What a fun night! I have to admit that I was really nervous about teaching my class, but it went really well. Once I got started I just had fun. I learned a lot and think I can make several improvements on the process. I did forget to mention some of the things that I wanted to, but that is normal with me.

Here is what my kitchen counter looked like when I was getting ready to pack up for the class. You can see the French bread rising, the chili, Curried Beans and Rice , Spicy Nacho Bake, stuff to make two pasta dishes, my pots and pans and my awesome handout. I also did a homemade pizza, which is not on the counter.
Before my class we had dinner. There were several really yummy salads. I told everyone that I would be watching for their recipes to show up in my mail box. I thought it was perfect timing since I just asked for everyone to send in recipes. I'll have to think up a better prize since they already have the hand out that I made. Any suggestions?
