I've been browsing through food blogs and have added a few new ones to the side bar. Here is a great recipe that caught my eye and will be making the menu for June. It is a Creamy Pesto Chicken with Roasted Tomatoes. I found it on a new blog that I want to keep my eye on called From Doughnuts to Delirium: My Life as a Housewife. She sounds like my kind of gal.
