Fit Friday?

Is it Friday? I don't even know anymore, but I think it is. I had a very average workout week this week. I started strong on Monday and ended strong today. Those days in the middle of the week saw me working on core strength and not much more. My abs and lower back are sore!

I don't have a recipe for you today, but my friend Lanna has started a food/recipe blog of her own. She already has 20 recipes for the month of January, so you should check out The Bristow Bistro for some recipes that look really yummy! I am also going to try a new chicken recipe that my friend Flori sent me, so maybe I'll do a bonus weekend recipe.

Oh! I almost forgot, my wonderful sisters gave me a 3 disc set of 30 Minute Meals with Rachel Ray, and my hubby got Boy Meets Grill with Bobby Flay. This should ensure some new recipes for several months.
