Menu Monday

Whoo hoo. I've started the week off well. I've already been to the gym today and did a Zumba class. It is fun, but man, they have really picked up the pace since the last time I attended! Afterward I took my son to the pool and just relaxed.

I'm going to count my quote from Saturday as my motivational thought for the week. Here it is again to refresh your memory. "What lies behind us and in front of us is nothing compared to what lies within us."

Alright, here is the menu for this week. I also wrote up the grocery list for it, and I am trying to figure out how to post a pdf file on here. Until then, if you want it right away, just email me and I will send it to you. My email is under my picture to the right. If you know how to post a file to a blog, please email me and let me know. Thanks!

2. Cream of Broccoli and Cauliflower soup in Bread Bowls
3. Rachel Rays Homemade Mac and Cheese with Green Bean Salad

Hee hee, it sounds fancy but most of these are pretty easy to make. I have to get creative or I get really bored.
